The Washington Post's Chris Cillizza reports that "Showing that he is getting more serious about a run for the Democratic presidential nomination, Delaware Sen. Joe Biden will head to New Hampshire later this month to address (and raise money for) the New Hampshire Building & Construction Trades Council"
James Pindell of PoliticsNH.com also has reported that " Gov. George Pataki (R-N.Y.) will campaign for Manchester Mayoral candidate Frank Guinta later this month and hold a fund-raiser."
"This will be the first time Pataki has been in the state since 2004 though he has been to Iowa twice this year."
Cillizza in his new blog, "The Fix" writes about all of the action happening here in the Granite State. "Biden joins three of his Senate colleagues who are making the trek to New Hampshire this month. Tomorrow Kansas Sen. Sam Brownback (R) will be in Manchester for a town hall sponsored by St. Anselm College. Then on Saturday, Virginia Sen. George Allen (R) visits the city of Stratham for a reception. Indiana Sen. Evan Bayh (D) keynotes the New Hampshire Democratic Party Jefferson- Jackson dinner in Manchester on the 29th." Senator John Edwards will also be speaking at Dartmouth college as a part of a "10-college tour by Edwards to promote "Project Opportunity" a new initiative to encourage young people to get involved in the fight against poverty."
