Guinta campaign says they caught Baines staffer taking their signs to Sullivan's house reports that "Manchester mayoral candidate Frank Guinta campaign allege they caught a Bob Baines staffer in the act of stealing Guinta signs and then drove those signs to the home of state Democratic Party chair Kathy Sullivan."

"Police were called to the home of State Democratic Party Chair Kathy Sullivan to retrieve stolen Guinta campaign signs from the Baines’ campaign manager," a Guinta press release reads.

"This comes just a day after the Baines campaign lodged a formal complaint to the state Attorney General over phone calls they said broke state law and after two Guinta volunteers filed a police report saying they were sexually harassed by a Baines supporter," Politics NH reports.
