And those opposed to the health insurance reform effort are, whom ... the insurance company CEOs and stockholders -- who create death panels of their own by refusing coverage for medical care, and who skim the top of American's health care dollars for their own greedy purposes?

I'll take Carol Shea-Porter any day over them.
