Ayotte Declared the Winner in the NH US Senate Primary over Lamontange

Fox News states that the AP has reported that the NH Secretary of State has declared Kelly Ayotte the winner in the Republican US Senate Primary.

Ayotte will now face Paul Hodes (D) in the general election Nov 2 2010

No word yet as to whether Lamontagne will request a recall. He has a right to since her margin of victory is less that 1.5% of the total votes cast.
