Thanks Bob. Now I have another idea for Troll to reduce violence in Uncle Sam Land:
4. Annex Chicago, LA-LA Land, Boston, and make them city states independent of the USA. Given these human congestions already provide safe harbor for illegal aliens, not much of a stretch.
