In a recent Op-Ed in the Monadnock Ledger Transcript NH Senator Peggy Gilmour wrote that one of the advantages of Medicaid Expansion was we would be getting NH Tax dollars back from the Federal Government. NH is after all a donor state when it comes to money received back versus money collected from NH citizens and businesses.
I understand that this is a Democrat Party talking point that you are aping.
Honorable Senator, the US Government overspent its revenues by $658 Billion dollars last year. That means that every penny that was collected from NH was spent and then they borrowed $658 Billion to cover the rest of the costs.
If we add on Medicaid Expansion promises to a budget already in the red it just puts it more in the red. That means these will not be NH tax dollars returning rather it is money borrowed from the Chinese or fiat money created from thin air by the Federal Reserve to name a couple of sources, with the expectation it is repaid with interest beginning immediately!
