I would recommend putting a little soft violin music on the CD while reading the big wet kiss the Concord Monitor gave Ray Buckley today on the cover, above the fold, of their Sunday pulp.
This tender ode to “His Rayness” is way beyond Norman Rockwellian for its mushy nostalgia of a youth gone politicaloco.
I just can not for the life of me figure out whether the Monitor is prepping for the exoneration of their human interest profile this week should the Manchester Police drop the “investigation” the NH State Police should have been doing in the first place. (The Dick Flynn news makes sense now regarding who got to “investigate” Buckley-gate).
In any case, the past week was scandal and news free for Mr. Buckley.
Not bad treatment from the Bunker in Room 116 if you can get it.
