One Long Weekend

Mark me down as “excused” from writing this weekend. I will be out and about woodsmen competitions in the North Country.

First, in Errol, we have the Heritage Days where I will be announcing – yep with a real mic and everything. No seven second delay so watch out.

Then it’s off to, or rather, down to, Berlin for a competition I will be helping run. I am the “trim guy.” The one who cuts the logs straight after each sawing event.

And then we have – Fryeburg, Me. for the Fryeburg Fair, one of the largest lumberjack competitions in the world. I have a crosscut partner for this one and will compete in several “geezer” events – 55 and older. How well will we do? That Depends.

Monday I will be back home in NH and possibly in traction and on pain meds

If you are up this way stop in!
