This gets pretty old...

Once again, I'm forced to agree with Rick. Maybe this website is starting to rub off on me a little LOL.

What is old is the fact that the laws of this nation go ignored while corruption runs rampant on Wall Street and in the Court System. We will fall as a nation as you spend your time arguing trivial pursuits while those who see the truth stand up and fight major crimes by those you trust to guide your country. If you don't grasp the crimes that occur everyday, those will be the ones that sink this country. You keep an eye on the small little issues while us WARRIORS stand up against the real criminals.

"Warriors" who stand up to giants who will never strike back don't look like warriors to me.

Try standing up at a school meeting and opposing wastefull spending, or try to get a meaningful public document from a city manager before you call yourself a "warrior."

Most everyone familiar with my battle has commended me, including Congressman Inslee(Wa.) who approached the Seattle FBI asking for a formal color of law investigation into New Hampshires actions. I call that a pretty good pat on the back. He also apologized on behalf of the New Hampshire criminals who engaged in such an uncivilized civil rights attack that left my son in a coma, with eventual brain damage. That still not enough to justify my posting? Then you are a hard man to convince......

Ok then, I'm going after the Klingon Empire.

Who's with me.

Ed, they did strike back by denying me the right to get a local drivers license even though I have a valid license from elsewhere currently. They also struck back by continuing to deny my sons and I redress by denying my request for FOIA, delivering one page of a 19 page fax to the NHDOJ. Lets just say that today, there are almost 20 investigations involving the Feds and Police Departments across the country for Corruption. People, get killed, abused, maimed like a third world country, right here in America. Your concerns are important as well, I won't harp against them, but costs, as compared to human lives, there just isn't much of a comparison. Our children are the most valuable asset this country has, I will go to my grave knowing that Albee and others were pursued to the edge of the earth for what they did to my family!

I had my driver's license revoked twice by administrative error, the most recent in December, 2011.

I have right to know requests denied all the time.

When I was a selectman I interviewed and voted to hire a cop who killed a friend of mine for no reason, and I worked with the law firm which sued my town for two years unril the town setteld out of court.

Two child molesters in my area were exposed because of my actions and I helped the mother of two boys get a $178,000 settlement.

And I did this without making a federal case out of it.

What you are writing blogs about is not out of the ordinary - but your explaination of it is rather disjointed and indecipherable.

Mike, this should start your day off on the right track. On 1/10/12, I received an email from Senator Shaheen's office telling me that she has asked the US attorney to reopen the investigation of the Attorney General's Office for obstruction of justice. As you may recall, Kelly Ayotte was a central figure in the obstruction as she lied to the Executive Council during her nomination hearings in March, 2009. Background information may be found by Googling:
Will the truth come out about Ayotte? and there is a YouTube clip. Google: Dave Coltin December 2, 2010.

State Senator Lou D'Allesandro played a central part in convincing Senator Shaheen to get involved. Lou asked Attorney General Delaney in October and November (2011) to produce documents. Delaney stonewalled him and continues to do so. This creates quite a dilemna for Governor Lynch as he is aware of this entire matter, yet continues to do nothing.

Dave, Ed, these are wonderful things to hear, that corruption is being stood up against. Delaney has a full plate, but most importantly, some serious decisions to make. My call last week to him was met by an upset receptionist again patching me through to Ann Rice as Delaney has nothing to say, again, as usual. My attempt may seem hard to understand, but the bottom line is, a Color of Law, attack upon my sons and I as we sought to escape abuse and neglect is inexcusable. And Judge Albee now has to answer to the Judical Conduct Committee and the FBI and USDOJ as to what exactly is going on in what she must believe is her own personal courtroom.....
