Concord: Council undecided on intersections by Exit 16

Chelsea Conaboy of The Concord Monitor reports, "The city council did not make any decisions Monday night about traffic issues in East Concord or on any other topic discussed in public hearings."

"Testimony from an audience that filled the chambers lasted nearly four hours, with hearings on the intersection just off Exit 16 and the intersection of Shaker Road, Mountain Road and Cemetery Street taking the most time..."
