Can We all Agree the Stimulus was a Failure?

I suspect most open minded and economically literate people realize team Obama’s attempts at stimulating the economy have failed miserably.  Just today, we see that “the number of U.S. workers filing new claims for unemployment benefits rose more than expected last week”. When will the president begin to take responsibility for this colossal failure of the Stimulus Program?

Even New Hampshire’s Representative Carol Shea-Porter recently spoke of the disappointing results. "I know that it has created some jobs but clearly not what we were anticipating, and again, I think that we should have put more money into the infrastructure so that there'd be more projects that people could work on," said Rep. Carol Shea-Porter, D-District 1.  This statement tells me she must go as she supported the failure.

Add to this failure, the cruel budget deficit team Obama is leaving future Americans (The Treasury Department reported that the deficit for the 2009 fiscal year ended Sept. 30 came in at about $1.4 trillion, or about 10% of the U.S.'s gross domestic product.) and his dithering in Afghanistan shows we need to vote for real change in 2010 and 2012. American’s can no longer afford the utter incompetence of team Obama.
