Whistleblower claims Census Bureau is using temporary layoffs to pump up employment numbers

Employee hired three times counted as three employed inflates the count to reflect as if three different people.

THEN.......  FTC (Obama administration ) tries another way of imposing the "Fairness Doctrine" by "Reinventing Journalism." all on the same video
