NEW HAMPSHIRE TROOPERS ASSOCIATION ENDORSE CONGRESSMAN JEB BRADLEY

(Concord, NH) – Today, the New Hampshire Troopers Association endorsed First District Congressman Jeb Bradley in his re-election campaign. Bradley joined Louis Copponi, President of the New Hampshire Troopers Association, along with members of the organization at the State House and Concord for the announcement. The Association pledged their support for Bradley's re-election bid, citing his strong support for initiatives that help New Hampshire law enforcement. The Troopers Association has also endorsed Governor John Lynch this election.

Congressman Bradley stated, "I am proud to have the endorsement of the New Hampshire Troopers Association but it is the men and women of New Hampshire's law enforcement community that deserve our deepest gratitude for the sacrifices they make every day to keep our communities safe. When we call upon local law enforcement to be on the front lines of homeland security, it is imperative that the federal government provide critical support for the resources, technology and equipment they need. I will continue to ensure that the federal government assists New Hampshire law enforcement and that New Hampshire remains a great place to live, work and raise a family."

Louis Copponi, President of the New Hampshire Troopers Association, stated, "Congressman Jeb Bradley has been responsive to the needs of New Hampshire and its law enforcement community. He has worked to bring critical homeland security and law enforcement funding to New Hampshire from Washington in order to provide New Hampshire citizens with the protection they want and deserve. I'm confident that Jeb will continue to do what is necessary to aid law enforcement and promote strong public safety throughout New Hampshire."

As a member of the Congressional Law Enforcement Caucus, Congressman Bradley has been a strong supporter of federal grant programs that combat gang violence, drug trafficking and improve homeland security in New Hampshire.
