Washington - Congressman Connie Mack (FL-14) today announced that he has hired Stephanie DuBois to serve as press secretary.
DuBois assumes the position from Mack's chief of staff, Jeff Cohen, who has performed both roles since Mack was elected to Congress in 2004. Cohen will continue to serve as chief of staff and will remain Mack's primary spokesman.
As press secretary, DuBois will manage media relations as well as other constituent communications for Mack.
DuBois previously served as press secretary for Congressman Jeb Bradley (NH-01).She is a New Hampshire native and Providence College graduate with a degree in political science.
Mack said, "Stephanie brings a great deal of experience and creativity to her new role, and I know she will do an excellent job working for the citizens of Southwest Florida. We look forward to having her join the team in January."
DuBois will join Mack's office on January 3, 2007.
