FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Sandown - Selectman Corey Corbin (D-Sandown) will serve as a member of the
Secondary Impact Peer Review Committee that will conducting a socioeconomic
analysis of the exit 4A, I-93 widening project.

"I'm looking forward to being a part of this critical study. The potential
impact of this project on several towns could be quite extensive. I'm
hoping we can use this information to develop growth plans for our
respective towns."

"I have been a staunch advocate for increased business in Sandown and the
surrounding communities and this committee might just be the key to helping
local government officials begin the process of enacting a plan to bring
businesses to our area. Where the State Legislature has failed to improve
the economic picture in certain communities, I'm hopeful that this group of
dedicated local officials can."

Corbin is serving a three-year term on the Sandown Board of Selectmen, and
previously served four years as a member of the New Hampshire House of
Representatives. Corbin was the Democrat candidate for the District 17
State Senate seat in 2004, and owns and operates two restaurants in
Manchester.
