Community InfrastructureAnd Beautification Project Almost Complete!

Hampton Beach , NH – As spring rolls around, Hampton Beach business owners are getting excited for the 2006 summer season! The Hampton Beach revitalization project is finishing up just in time for the start of the summer and realtors and tourist industry destinations are excited to let the visitors see the great new infrastructure at the seacoast community. “ Hampton Beach has been going through a major revitalization project putting in new sewer and gas systems and new roads. We are thrilled at the new and improved Hampton Beach that will be presented to our visitors this summer,” said Hampton Beach Precinct Commissioner John Kane. “We appreciate all of the patience of visitors and residents during our great transformation.

Hampton Beach has been providing New England families with generations of fun and memories during the summer months. This newest improvement project is the next step in the continuing appreciation of residents and visitors. The 16 million dollar upgrade began in the fall of 2004 and is scheduled for completion in 2006. “We are beginning our summer rentals and want to make sure those coming to Hampton know what they are seeing is progress toward our better beach,” said Tom Higgins of Harris Real Estate.

Currently the community is still under renovation and visitors preparing for summer rentals will see the construction in progress as they continue to book their visits for the summer. “We expect Summer 2006 to be a great one and we hope when families plan their summer vacations they plan them for what will be a refreshed Hampton Beach,” said Jim Preston of Preston Real Estate.

Cottages and units are still available for weekly or seasonal bookings. Please go to www.hamptonbeach.org for the latest information on the upcoming season.
