NHGOP Chairman Names New Executive Director
Concord , NH –Today, New Hampshire Republican State Committee Chairman Wayne Semprini announced that Jen Wrobleski has decided to move into the private sector after serving over three years in her current position as Executive Director. Chairman Semprini has named veteran Republican political operative Andy Leach as her replacement.
“Jen has been the backbone of this party for the past three years. No matter what the task was, she executed it with passion and commitment and the end result was always something that Republicans could be proud of,” said Semprini. “On behalf of all Republicans, I thank you, Jen, for your years of service and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.”
“I’m pleased to announce that Andy Leach will be the State Committee’s new Executive Director. Andy possesses key political skills that will only make our party stronger as we prepare for the upcoming 2006 elections,” said Semprini.
Andy Leach is well known within the Republican Party dating back to 1996 with his involvement in the Dole for President campaign. Andy played a major role in supporting the Republican Victory 2004 effort for President Bush in southern New Hampshire. He currently works in the office of Senator John E. Sununu. “I am excited to become the new Executive Director for the NH GOP. I am up for the challenge and look forward to working with activists and candidates to promote Republicans at the ballot box in November,” stated Leach. Leach’s political resume also includes working on the Gordon Humphrey for Governor and Mike Chema for Congress campaigns. He will assume his new duties as Executive Director in early May.
