SEN. JOE BIDEN INVITES PUBLIC TO “TOWN HALL FORUM” IN DOVER

DOVER – U.S. senator Joe Biden of Delaware, frequently mentioned as a possible presidential candidate in 2008, will hold a “Town Hall Meeting” at the Waldron Towers Community Room, 3 Green St., Dover on Sat., June 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Sen. Biden will comment on important issues and welcome questions on any topic from members of the public. Admission is free and the event is open to all. Refreshments will be served.

Sen. Biden has represented Delaware in the U.S. Senate since 1973 and is the senior Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He is recognized as one of the nation’s most powerful and influential voices on foreign relations, terrorism, drug policy and crime prevention.
