June 13th 2006Manchester, NH- Jim Coburn announced today his intention to file for the New Hampshire Governor’s race tomorrow, June 14that 12 noon. Coburn will sign the papers in the Secretary of State’s office surrounded by his supporters. He will be hosting a reception at his Concord campaign headquarters following the signing. “I look forward to a spirited race and to exploring the real issues affecting New Hampshire” Coburn said. The signing will also kick off Coburn’s “Vision and Leadership Tour” of New Hampshire. “I look forward to connecting with the people of the state and discussing issues such as the rising cost of healthcare, the continuing school funding crisis and economic development across the state,” Coburn said of his upcoming tour. Coburn currently has campaign offices open in Manchesterat 788 Elm Streetand in Concord at 132½ Main Street.
