Manchester, N.H. – Brandeis University professor and psychotherapist Dr. Rosalind Chait Barnett will present a lecture entitled “Women leaders in business, the military, and politics: A challenge to the belief in the natural order” at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College on Monday, September, 18, at 7:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

Barnett is the Research Director of Community, Families, and Work Program at the Women’s Studies Research Center at Brandeis University. Among several books and publications, Barnett in 2004 co-authored Same Difference: How gender myths are hurting our relationships, our children, and our jobs. In this book, she challenges the myths of “Mars and Venus” and tells us that it is power not gender that makes a difference.
