Manchester, NH – Governor Bill Richardson will return to the Granite State on Thursday for events in Manchester, Concord and Portsmouth. The Governor will appear at the Center for U.S. Global Engagement’s Impact ‘08 event to discuss his vision for restoring America’s leadership in the world. Governor Richardson will also hold events in Concord and Portsmouth to discuss his bold plan to eliminate our nation’s crippling dependence on foreign oil, while rapidly cutting climate-changing emissions. These ideas are the focus of the Governor’s new book, Leading By Example: How We Can Inspire an Energy and Security Revolution.
