Ambassador Richard Holbrooke to Discuss Senator Clinton's Diplomatic Experience

MANCHESTER , NH – Ambassador and former Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke will travel to New Hampshire to tell Granite Staters why he believes Hillary Clinton is the strongest, most experienced candidate for the presidency.

Holbrooke was Ambassador to the United Nations from 1999 to 2001. He served as Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs from 1977 to 1981, and Assistant Secretary of State for European and Canadian Affairs from 1994 to 1996. He led the American team that negotiated the Bosnian Peace Accords at Dayton.

As First Lady and U.S. senator, Hillary has visited more than 80 countries and met countless world leaders as America's representative. In the Senate, Hillary has served on the Armed Services Committee for seven years and continued to promote America's interests through her work on international affairs.
