Edwards to Return to New Hampshire After Christmas to Talk with Voters, Continue to Grow Strong Field Program

Edwards To Attend Campaign Organizing Conventions in Manchester and Salem

(Manchester, NH) – Senator John Edwards will return to New Hampshire for another day of Graniteroots campaigning on December 26th as the campaign’s momentum and field program continue to grow. Edwards will answer voter questions at town hall meetings in Conway and Laconia and attend campaign organizing conventions in Manchester and Salem. Organizing conventions are one model the campaign uses to activate volunteers across the state who are working on behalf of the campaign.

As the primary approaches, Edwards’ field operation continues to expand in New Hampshire. John Edwards for President has 80 paid staffers in New Hampshire and eight times the field organizers that it had on the ground during the 2003-2004 cycle. The Edwards campaign has put together an operation in New Hampshire that can compete with anyone’s and that is well positioned to translate momentum into votes on the heels of the Iowa caucuses.
