NH GOP - Action Alert: Murtha Says Surge is "WORKING"

Lately we have seen national media acknowledge that the “troop surge” in Iraq is working.  Recent articles in The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, LA Times, and Associated Press reflect the success on the ground in Iraq. Even radical left-winger John Murtha, arguably the biggest opponent of the war on terror, has admitted the surge is working.

“I think the ‘surge’ is working,” Mr. Murtha, a Democrat, said in a video conference from his Johnstown office,” (Jerome L. Our generals and troops on the ground want to finish the job - and they need our support to do it.

Call Carol Shea-Porter and Paul Hodes and ask them if they agree with John Murtha that the surge is working and tell them to support a clean troop funding bill before the Christmas break.
