Card-Check Bill to Ease Union Organizing Heads to Senate

I am writing to you on this critical issue because either we have corresponded in the past or I have previously linked to your coverage on the Employee Free Choice Act (H.R. 800). As you may be aware, the E.F.C.A. is a grand political gift to organized labor, to help labor unions reverse decades of decline by reviving union organizing in the private sector. The Act passed the House on March 1 by a 241 to 185 margin, and the Senate H.E.L.P. Committee has scheduled hearings for next Tuesday, March 27 -- the day of several major AFL-CIO and Trades rallies in Washington DC.

I believe this to be an issue of the utmost importance for American industry, and citizens who simply believe in freedom and individual liberty. Please consider this blog post

a summary primer on the Act with links to additional resources -- for inclusion on your blog.
