Health, Labor, and Business Coalition will Make Chronic Disease Key Health Care Issue in 2008

WHAT: Health care, labor, and business leaders are joining forces to fight the United States’ number one cause of death and the leading driver of health care costs: chronic disease. The New Hampshire Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease (PFCD) will come together to discuss this bold new initiative aimed at engaging New Hampshire citizens at the grassroots level to ensure candidates for President address chronic disease.
