Republican Women's Group to Host Party Nominees for Congress and Governor

Manchester, NH – On October 6, the Greater Manchester Federated Republican Women (GMFRW) is pleased to announce that Republican 1st Congressional nominee former Congressman Jeb Bradley and gubernatorial nominee State Senator Joe Kenney will be the keynote speakers at the group's monthly meeting. The meeting will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. at Moe Joe's Restaurant on Candia Road in Manchester.

Jeb Bradley served for two terms in the United States Congress from 2002 to 2006. While in Congress, Jeb served on the Armed Services, Veterans Affairs and the Small Business Committees, demonstrating his diverse understanding of the various significant issues facing New Hampshire. Joseph Kenney is also an experienced legislator, with four terms in the NH House of Representatives and three terms in the NH Senate. He's been Chair of the Transportation Committee and Chair of the Executive, Department, and Administration Committee, and served on the Health and Human Services Committee for six years. A lieutenant colonel in the Marine reserves, Senator Kenney was called to serve in Iraq and continued to perform constituent services from a laptop in Iraq.

The Greater Manchester Federated Republican Women fosters the education and involvement of women and men in the political and public service process, including providing opportunities to become a candidate, greater access to meeting with local and high level candidates, and helping on political campaigns. It is one of several such groups across New Hampshire, and part of a state and national Federation.

The event is open to all Republicans and Independents interested in becoming more involved. There is no cost for the event, though donations are encouraged. Attendees have the option of individually ordering off the menu for dinner. For directions, questions or to RSVP, please contact club President Kathy Cusson-Cail at .
