NHGOP Vice Chairman Wayne MacDonald to Address Woman's Group

Manchester, NH: The Greater Manchester Federated Republican Women is pleased to announce that New Hampshire Republican Vice Chairman Wayne MacDonald will speak at its March speaking series on Monday, March 3, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Airport Diner located on 2280 Brown Avenue in Manchester.

Mr. MacDonald has been an actively involved in the Republican Party for more than 30 years. As an active contributor in Republican politics, Mr. MacDonald has held many important positions, including serving as Rockingham County Republican Chairman and Chairman of the New Hampshire Young Republicans.

Mr. MacDonald will offer an inside track on how delegates are elected to the state convention as well as how to become a member of the state committee. He will also discuss the nuts and bolts of the party, including how officers are elected and when party caucuses are held.

The Greater Manchester Federated Republican Women (GMFRW) fosters the education and involvement of women in the political and public service process, including providing opportunities to become a candidate, greater access to meeting with local and high level candidates, and helping on political campaigns. It is one of several such groups across New Hampshire, and part of a state and national Federation.
