(Concord, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections (NH-DOC) scheduled a promotion ceremony for March 13, 2008 to recognize employees who were promoted since August 1, 2007. A total of thirty-six employees from institutions and offices throughout the Department were promoted to exciting new correctional opportunities.
Corrections Commissioner William L. Wrenn, said, “We provide a rewarding work environment for all correctional employees including the opportunity for personal and professional development and growth.”
“These employees have worked hard and have taken the opportunity to challenge themselves as they continue in their correctional careers and they are to be commended for this,” Commissioner Wrenn added.
Of the thirty-nine promotions, fifteen are correctional officers, six are assigned to probation/parole district offices and fifteen are non-uniformed staff.
