Concord, NH – The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is announcing plans to release a multi-year plan aimed at overhauling New Hampshire’s mental health care delivery system. A special task force has spent the past 18 months studying the issue and crafting a strategic plan. The task force has made several recommendations to tackle the broken system and proposes the plan be implemented over a ten-year period.
Details of the plan will be released at a press conference at 1 PM on Monday September 22, 2008 in the lobby of the Legislative Office Building at 33 North State Street in Concord.
