Redistribution of Wealth in 29 States:  If you didn't think that this government would redistribute wealth, think again.  H.R. 3548, The Unemployment Compensation Extension Act of 2009, will redistribute wealth from all 50 states to 29 states. These states are those that have over 8% unemployment. Are you wondering if your state is going to make out big from this thievery?  Well wonder no more.  Here is the list of states receiving the redistributed wealth:  AL, AZ, CA, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, PA,OH, OR, PR, RI, SC, TN, WA, WV, and WI.

Mark Lloyd: A Bad Tree Bears Bad Fruit:  Barack Obama's appointees are once again causing trouble--and once again reminding the American people that the proverbial apple does not fall far from the gnarled tree. Each and every one of his appointments gives an unadulterated glimpse into Obama, who he is, and from where his ideology is derived.

The Art of Politicizing:  Long a subject of derision from conservatives, the National Endowment for the Arts ran into more trouble earlier this month when it was revealed NEA funding was granted to artists for creating works of art designed to promote President Obama and his domestic policy agenda. This was a clear case of the taxpayer-supported NEA stepping outside the ideals under which it was created.
