LACONIA, NEW HAMPSHIRE — Medical marijuana advocates and opponents will discuss the merits of laws protecting seriously ill patients who use medical marijuana with their doctors' recommendation from arrest, Monday at Lakes Region Community College here. The New Hampshire legislature is currently considering such a bill.
