Employee ‘Forced’ Choice Act Will Devastate Minority-Owned Businesses
WHAT: A conference call to discuss why the Employee ‘Forced’ Choice Act (EFCA) will only increase the damage being done to minority-run businesses which are already struggling in our current economy. EFCA would open workers up to union intimidation, and introduce a government arbitrator to set benefits and wages. Many minority small business owners are immigrants who have realized the American Dream in ownership of a business they hope to pass on to future generations. EFCA would force many of these businesses to close; slamming shut the door of hope and opportunity.
