Daily Grind: The House Opens Pandora's Box

As you may already be aware, the Supreme Court today overruled a decision by Federal Appeals Court Judge Sonia Sotomayor in a case on racial discrimination which, unsurprisingly, she was on the wrong side of. This brings the total of her decisions overturned to 4 out of 6 the Court has granted certiorari on. Of the two decisions upheld, one the Supreme Court rejected the reasoning for as erroneous. All together, hardly a track record to write home about.
