Govt. Contract Fraud Conviction In The News

Below there is a shortblurb from today's Washington Post about a retired USAF LCol who just got convicted for federal contract fraud.
He was caught up in the investigation into Congressman Murtha (D-PA) and his possible ties to illegal federal contracting. Now why am I posting this? Because unless you live here in the D.C. area you cannot possibly know how incredibly common this is.
