Learn creative ways to start a small business in a turbulent economy and steps to securing small business capital. Gain knowledge about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, www.recovery.gov, which will have a significant impact on small businesses and on the credit crunch, providing tax incentives and financing opportunities.
