Shea-Porter Announces More Than $1.6 Million for Londonderry Fire/Rescue

WASHINGTON, DC — Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter today announced that the Londonderry Fire Department will receive a $1,655,671 grant to relocate and upgrade its facility.  This grant is provided through the Fire Station Construction Grants (SCG) program, which seeks to improve response capability.  The SCG program is run by the Department of Homeland Security and funding is made possible by the passage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
