ICYMI - Ayotte Continues to Travel Throughout the State

This week, Kelly spoke at the Mount Washington Valley GOP dinner on Tuesday and answered attendees’ questions.

Tomorrow, Kelly will be in Coos County in Lancaster meeting with the Chiefs of Police Association and later in the day she’ll be visiting Colebrook.

On Saturday, Kelly will attend the NH STEWARD "Grassroots Communication in the 21st Century” where she will participate in the first candidate forum and field questions, submitted by activists, from Republican State Party Chairman, Governor John H. Sununu.

Support Continues to Grow for Ayotte

This week Kelly announced that she will report raising more than $630,000 during the 4th quarter of 2009.

Thanks to your strong support, Kelly has more than 1,100 donors from New Hampshire and has now raised more than $540,000 in the state.  During the first 5 months of the campaign, Kelly raised a total of $1.24 million and ended the quarter with nearly a million dollars in bank.

While two of her competitors have poured much of their own money into their campaigns, Kelly Ayotte has emerged as the fundraising leader from donors in the Republican U.S. Senate primary.

WMUR - Ayotte Raises $1.24 Million For Senate Campaign

The campaign said it raised $630,000 in the fourth quarter and has $966,000 in cash on hand..The campaign said that 1,100 New Hampshire donors have contributed to Ayotte's campaign.

Ayotte Releases New Senate Poll

The campaign released an internal poll this week which clearly shows that Kelly is the strongest Republican candidate and is in the best position to beat Democrat Congressman Paul Hodes this Fall.  Kelly holds a strong 32 point lead over her closest primary opponent.  The survey of 504 likely Republican primary voters was conducted January 13-14th and has a margin of error of +/- 4.5%.

Union Leader - Ayotte's poll shows Ayotte strongest GOP Senate hopeful

Ayotte's campaign has released a poll showing her with a "large advantage" over her GOP primary competitors.  Key findings are that Ayotte "leads all other candidates by 32 points on the trial ballot test," and that "43 percent of Republican primary voters indicate they would vote for Ayotte …Ayotte leads among conservatives, pro-life voters, "strong Second Amendment (right-to-bear-arms) advocates" and veterans, according to a memo released by the Ayotte campaign.  She is also the most well-known of the GOP candidates, with a nine-to-one favorable-unfavorable ratio.

The Hill - Ayotte poll shows her leading big in primary

Former New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly Ayotte holds a wide lead in her state's GOP Senate primary, according to a poll conducted for her campaign.  The Tarrance Group poll has Ayotte at 43 percent, former gubernatorial candidate Ovide Lamontagne at 11 percent, and businessmen Bill Binnie and Jim Bender at 5 percent and 3 percent, respectively.
