Victorious Cuccinelli Speaks on the Short and Long-Term Impact of Obamacare Ruling
National Review Online - Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli was heartened by Judge Henry Hudson's ruling on the unconstitutionality of Obamacare's insurance mandate, but there were also aspects of the decision that were somewhat disappointing. Cuccinelli discusses how the fight for federalism moves forward and even talks a bit about his political future.
