Petition calls on AG to join the 20 other states that have already filed suit against Obamacare

Concord, NH - Today, Cornerstone-Action called on Governor Lynch and the Attorney General, Michael Delaney, to join the 22 other states that have filed suit against the unconstitutional provisions the Obamacare plan, by delivering 545 petitions stating such to the Attorney General's Office.  Most of the petitions were collected in one day at both the Concord and Manchester Tea Party Rallies just over a week ago.

Delivering the petitions to the Attorney General's Office was the Director of Cornerstone-Action, Kevin Smith:

"Today, we are calling on Governor Lynch to instruct his Attorney General, Michael Delaney, to demonstrate leadership and independence by joining the twenty-two other states that have already filed suit against the unconstitutional provisions of the Obamacare plan.  Governor Lynch stated he had concerns about any new costs to the state as a result of the plan, and so we now are calling on him to step to the plate and oppose the unfunded mandates.  We are hopeful that the Attorney General and his staff will carefully consider all of the provisions of the health care plan, and come to the conclusion that joining the lawsuit is what's best for the state and its citizens."
