Is Net Neutrality Dead?:  In a closely watched decision that came out earlier today, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled in a 3-0 decision that the Federal Communications Commission does not have legal authority to enforce Net Neutrality regulations on Internet Service Providers.

Easy Money:  In late January, the U.S. Treasury Department warned Congress that the U.S. was fast approaching the statutory limit on the national debt ceiling, then $12.394 trillion. They said, by the end of February, that limit would be reached.
