Local Manchester business relocates to downtown for expansion
Manchester, NH –Cozy Culinary Café has reopened its doors, this time at 90 Dow St in downtown Manchester. Owners Dennis and Pamela Brunet have been in the restaurant business for years, originally opening the Cozy Culinary Café in Londonderry. Dennis and Pam than moved to Manchester and operated the Cozy Culinary Café at the Highlander Inn. “We have been in Manchester since 2004 and do not plan on leaving, it’s where you want to be”, stated Pam. Pam and Dennis celebrated the grand opening of their new location with a ribbon cutting by Mayor Ted Gatsas. “You have a fine restaurant here and I wish you the best of luck”, Mayor Gatsas told the owners after the ribbon cutting.
Cozy Culinary Café is known for its upper-end American and Italian cuisine, earning a five-star rating when they were located in Londonderry. The man behind the five star rating is Chef and Owner Dennis Brunet. “I have been around food my entire life. I am a third generation chef and spent 15 years as the Executive Chef at Disney before opening Cozy Culinary Café, I thoroughly enjoy providing great food to people”, stated Dennis. Cozy Culinary Café offers a wide range of catering services and provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner six days a week. Pam and Dennis hope their selection of a downtown location will help them expand their catering business, which has been affected over the past year due to the economy. So far their decision to move downtown seems to be paying off, “It’s all about word of mouth, if the people enjoy your food they will come back”, stated Pam “and from the repeat customers and referrals we’ve had, it seems like people are really enjoying our food”.
The Cozy Culinary Café offers a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and specializes in catered events. The restaurant is open Monday-Saturday from 7:00am-8:00pm and on Sundays from 8:00am-2:00pm.
