I thought you might be interested in this ad campaign we're doing. The EPA "endangerment" issue is a huge problem, which is why Senator Murkowski's amendment this week is important.
Let me know if you have any questions.

New Ad Campaign Pushes “Stop EPA” Resolution in Senate
Radio Ads Quote from Climategate Emails, Show EPA’s Science-Be-Damned Attitude
Washington, D.C., May 18, 2010 – Freedom Action will tomorrow launch an ad campaign targeting key states on an imminent Senate vote that will impact every sector of the U.S. economy. The Senate will soon debate a resolution by Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) that would knock out an Environmental Protection Agency rule requiring EPA to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
In late 2009, EPA issued its “Endangerment Finding," which held that greenhouse gases supposedly endanger public health and welfare and that EPA would regulate them under the Clean Air Act. The resulting restrictions on CO2 will compel EPA to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from new motor vehicles, which in turn will automatically – without any vote in Congress - severely restrict fossil fuel use, raise energy prices, and impose new permitting requirements on tens of thousands of previously unregulated small businesses under the Clean Air Act. Through the endangerment rule, EPA will deal itself into a position to determine fuel economy standards for the auto industry and set climate policy for the nation – powers never given to EPA by Congress.
Freedom Action’s radio ads campaign will begin running tomorrow in Washington, DC, New Mexico, Virginia, West Virginia, Montana, North Dakota, and Alaska. The ads quote from two emails released in the recent Climategate scandal:
“The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can't.”"Another version of the ad features a different Climategate statement: "I've just completed Mike's Nature trick … to hide the decline."
Despite such confessions made by top global warming scientists, the ad warns, “EPA is about to wreck our economy and destroy our children’s future.” Freedom Action is urging people to contact their U.S. Senators in support of the Murkowski Amendment.
