Net Neutrality Is Back - Exactly one month ago, I wrote in this spot about Net Neutrality being dealt a severe blow in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. The Court ruled unanimously against the FCC enforcing Net Neutrality regulations against Internet Service Providers. Now, as I predicted, the Progressives have brought back this nasty government regulation and will soon be regulating the internet.
