Kelly snagged perhaps the biggest endorsement of all this week when Sarah Palin announced that she’s backing her candidacy. In a posting on Facebook, Governor Palin wrote, “Kelly is the strongest commonsense conservative who can win in the fall. I knew I liked her when I met her earlier this year, and I know this Granite Grizzly will represent New Hampshire with distinction in Washington.”
Palin electrified New Hampshire crowds when she campaigned in the state in 2008. It’s no surprise to us that her endorsement immediately brought hundreds of new donors, new volunteers and great new enthusiasm.
Make no mistake, Team Ayotte – with Sarah Palin’s help – enters the home stretch of this campaign with serious momentum. Our opponents howled when they found out they didn’t get Palin’s backing, and that’s because they all wish they had it. Be a part of Kelly’s surge. Join us today!
Kelly needs your help to win this election. Whether it’s going door to door, making phone calls, or helping out at HQ, she needs you – now.
On Saturday we’ll be reaching out to supporters in Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth and Wolfeboro (Saturday 1:30-4:00 PM). And on Sunday we’ll be walking in Concord (Sunday 12:00-3:00PM)
To find out about all of our volunteer opportunities, please send an e-mail message to us today at Volunteer@Ayotteforsenate.com or call our campaign headquarters at 232-1162.

Firefighters For Kelly
Sarah Palin wasn’t the only endorsement Kelly received this week. On Monday, the Professional Firefighters of New Hampshire also announced their support for Kelly’s campaign in the primary.
The Union Leader reported that the group’s president, David Lang, said: “She has a long history. We worked with her as the attorney in Gov. Craig Benson's office. Our members are part of the public safety family and grieved when we lost (Manchester Police Officer) Michael Briggs, and we are supportive of what she did in that effort.”
The firefighters join a long list of public safety groups in the state that back Kelly. Nearly 60 police chiefs have endorsed her, along with 30 police associations and unions. They know she was tough on crime as AG – and that she’ll bring that same tough leadership to the U.S. Senate.
Kelly is proud to have strong support from New Hampshire’s public safety community.
In Case You Missed It
It was another busy week for Kelly in the press.
On Tuesday, Kelly was an in-studio guest on WRKO’s Howie Carr Show. (Funny line from Howie: he called Paul Hodes a “poor man’s Bernie Sanders.”)
Foster’s Daily Democrat published an op-ed from Kelly on Wednesday. In the piece, Kelly focuses on how the Democrats’ in Washington have created a culture of uncertainty that makes job creation impossible.
And today, the conservative National Review profiles Kelly. The headline is great: “Sarah Palin’s Granite Grizzly.”
