Founder of the Minuteman Project
The Jim Bender for Senate Campaign will be hosting a "No Comprise: Secure our Borders Tight and Solid" Forum and breakfast with special guest speaker Jim Gilchrist, founder of the Minuteman Project on Wednesday, September 1st. The event will be held at Bickford's Family Restaurant in Nashua. Along with Jim Bender and Jim Gilchrist, Dr. Bruce Reeves CEO of AssureTec Systems in Manchester will also serve as a panelist.
The discussion will focus on the issues surrounding the Arizona immigration law, the failure of the Federal government to act on illegal immigration, and proposed solutions on how to secure our borders.
The Minuteman Project is a Multi-Ethnic Immigration Law Enforcement Advocacy Group operating within the law to support enforcement of the law.
Jim Gilchrist started the Minuteman Project in October 2004 and has successfully been supporting law enforcement in fighting for the First Amendment for years.
Jim Bender is a Republican candidate for US Senate in New Hampshire. He is a business leader with extensive experience building businesses and will work to return jobs and economic growth to New Hampshire. Jim realizes that illegal immigration is an important issue for voters, "We need a common sense approach to illegal immigration. The first thing we have to do is secure our borders tight and solid."
