January 10, 2010 - Jack Kimball, candidate for NH-GOP Chairman, is pleased to announce the endorsement of the NH Right to Life PAC (NHRLT).
The NHRTL PAC serves the pro-life community by proactively helping selected candidates get into office. They work in the political arena in a way more partisan than the regular, non-profit, NHRTL Committee is allowed. Therefore, the PAC can leverage their insiders view of the political landscape to help candidates and work on imperatives to help defend respect for human life.
Excerpts for Jack Kimball’s statement regarding the NHRTL PAC endorsement:
"The work of the NHRTL PAC is extremely important, and their efforts on behalf of life, whether it is for the protection of the unborn or those dealing with end of life issues, cannot be understated. The work of the NHRTL PAC is held near and dear by many members of the Republican Party, and for good reason. Respect for life is the mission of both the NHRTL PAC and the GOP. “
“The Republican Party was born out of the fight to preserve ....."Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness...;" Without protecting the sanctity of “Life,” there can be no “Liberty,” nor can there can be a “Pursuit of Happiness.” All Republicans should be proud of our Party’s efforts to defend the dignity and rights of all. This endorsement is more a reflection of all who call themselves Republicans than it is of any one person.”
“Sadly, this endorsement comes at a time when our nation will mark the somber anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade decision. Now is the time for renewed efforts in the defense of the most vulnerable; now is the time for all Republicans to remember the words of President Reagan – “We have the duty to protect the life of an unborn child.”
“I remain humble by all the support shown to me during this race. However, I cannot help but reflect that this race is insignificant when you think of the tragedy of abortion. I would ask all Republicans to put whatever differences they have aside for a few, brief moments, and say a prayer of grace for all of those who have been affected by this issue."
Thank-you and God Bless
Jack Kimball for NH GOP Chairman
