US Rep. Frank Guinta to receive 2011 "Standing Up For America's Seniors Award" 

U.S. Representative Frank Guinta (R, NH-01) will receive the 2011 Standing Up for America’s Seniors Award from RetireSafe on Tuesday.  For over 20 years, RetireSafe has been an advocate for preserving and strengthening Social Security, Medicare and the financial well-being of our nation’s seniors.

The award commemorates Rep. Guinta’s leadership in standing up for seniors through both his policy choices and actions in the community. It also recognizes that in Congress, Rep. Guinta has opposed harmful cuts, limits to access, and other moves that would increase healthcare costs for seniors in the Medicare program.
