Portsmouth - Chili Cook Off, Sunshine, Beer, and Zero Waste this Saturday

22nd Annual WHEB Chili Cook-Off Saturday.
Sun, Chili, Zero-Waste and Beer!
A delicious close to a fantastic season!

Get ready for the BEST Chili Cook-Off yet this Saturday!!
The sun is scheduled to shine, and more than TWENTY RESTAURANTS will help bring close an exceptional Prescott Park Arts Festival season in a tasty manner.

Starting at 11:30am, restaurants will serve up their best chili recipes in hopes of winning your vote for Best Chili, Best Booth and Best Veggie Chili!

The Chili Cook-Off will again be held at Strawbery Banke (directly across from Prescott Park) this year, allowing us to serve equally delicious RedHook beer to complement your chili experience.

AND, not only will we be using mettalic spoons and compostable bowls, but Earthtec will be collecting all plastic beer cups to turn into future festival t-shirts (seriously!). How cool is that!!!

AND, the Chili Cook-Off will coincide with Strawbery Banke Museum's Fall Festival, giving you two festivals for the price of one!

Named Best of NH, the Fall Festival celebrates harvest time with live demonstrations including the popular sheep dog herding demo, hand shearing, basket making, Alpacas, Oxen, Pigs and more!

Enjoy both festivals for $15/adults, $6/youth, and FREE for members!

Purchase in advance to beat the lines!

Special thanks to our sponsors of this wonderful and tasty event: WHEB, Taste of the Seacoast Magazine, and The Wire.
