Obamacare Unconstitutional?  Roger That!
American Spectator - Though not a total victory for freedom, federal Judge Roger Vinson's ruling yesterday constitutes a severe blow to proponents of state power as exemplified by Obamacare. Vinson found Obamacare's insurance purchase mandate to be unconstitutional, completely rejecting the argument that the federal government can compel you to buy something.

Florida Obamacare Ruling Gives Republicans Firepower
Politico - 2010's electoral tidal wave swept Republicans into power in the House and helped balance out the Senate, and yesterday's ruling on Obamacare only enhances the GOP's strong position in Washington.
